Applies only to Mammoth Guardian products where explicitly stated and does not extend to any other items in the Mammoth lineup.

We stand behind The Guardian Kennel - built tough, made to last, and guaranteed for life. We trust this kennel with our own dogs, and we want you to have that same confidence every time you head out. 

What does it mean?

Mammoth guarantees each Mammoth Guardian Kennel to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the lifetime of the original purchaser. This guarantee covers all major components—door, latch, corner bumpers, wheels, and body. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original owner.

How to Make a Claim

• Provide original proof of purchase directly to Mammoth (not through a retailer or dealer).
• Include a written description of the issue.
• Return the kennel in its original packaging or equivalent protective packaging.

If your claim is approved, Mammoth will repair or replace the kennel or its defective component at no cost to you (within the U.S.). If you reside outside the U.S., shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Guarantee Limitations

This guarantee does not cover:

• Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents.
• Use beyond the kennel’s intended purpose.
• Alterations or repairs outside the original configuration.
• Acts of nature.
• Normal wear and tear (including dents, scratches, fading, or discoloration).
• Damage caused by animals, including chewing.
• Lost parts or components removed from the kennel.
• Damage sustained in the event of a car accident.

Limited Edition & Discontinued Products

We’ll make every effort to replace limited-edition or discontinued items. If an identical replacement isn’t available, we’ll provide the closest current model.

Except for The Guardian Guarantee stated above, Mammoth makes no other guarantees. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages—including lost profits or diminished value. The remedies provided here are your sole and exclusive remedy.
